I can fix almost any PC problem by remote control as long as you have a working Cable or DSL high speed internet connection. No more expensive hourly rates or surprises at the end of the repair. The cost to you, $39.95 per hour, billed in 1/4 hour increments. If we find and fix the problem in 15 minutes or less, you owe me $10.00, if it takes 30 min or less, it costs you $20.00 and so on. You will be able to observe everything we are doing by watching your screen while we are working on your problem.  You will be able to assume control at any time and no breach of security is possible. In some cases you will be doing things as I direct to make our contact easier and more of a learning process. When we are finished, we will permanently remove our connection program and we will be unable to reconnect, unless you choose to reinstall the program for further service.  Your computer and data is absolutely safe and secure while you are being helped, as well as after we are finished.  This can be discussed in detail after contact has been made.  If you need references, we will be happy to provide them. I pay the cost of the telephone connection; all you do is complete our contact form below, and await our contact.
